- Real buyers make written offers at price levels commensurate with previous market sales.
- Real Buyers provide their ‘Genuine’ price affordability to Agents. (Many buyers miss out on property because they fail to provide the agent with the whole truth on their price affordability).
- ‘Real Buyers’ build a relationship with an agent of choice. They provide all relevant contact details.
